If you believe in muses, you’ve come to the right place. I swear they exist but they don’t just show up at will. In fact, I only sense their arrival after a line of lyric, a captured sunset, or some cool graphic springs forth a “aha” moment. Even then, I feel like we’re only humble messengers for them. At least that’s my version of what “creative process” means. Humility is king.

They say there are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on Earth. Add to that the fact Planet Earth is over 16 billion years old! So whatever time we have left on this world better be well spent. Time isn’t awasting! Which means nothing is really, truly important in the larger scheme of things or anything in our world when viewed at 30-thousand feet. Leave a legacy? Sure, if one could be so lucky.
